Plus and Pro are monthly or yearly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on the account page, or by emailing support. We cancel it for you.

After cancellation, the paid plan remains until the end of the period already paid. It then returns to Free. The life map is not deleted when the subscription ends.

“Start over” deletes the map stored on this device. That action is not a refund of the payment.

The payment provider is the seller of record and handles the payment. A refund request is made through the provider or by emailing support. This policy does not remove any refund right that the law does not allow to be waived.
